Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We offer shipping to Mexico and the United States. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed upon adding products to your shopping cart, and it will depend on the postal code and the quantity of products.DELIVERY TIME
Online orders are usually shipped from Mexico within 1-3 days after placing the order. We produce all our products in small batches for optimal freshness. If you have a deadline to receive the product, please let us know, and we will do our best to expedite the shipping if necessary.
MEXICO AND UNITED STATES
- Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track your order with the tracking number provided via email to check the status.
- If you haven't received your order within the specified timeframe, we recommend contacting the courier directly. You can also reach us by email at info@chameleonstudios.mx
- To modify the shipping address of your order, we recommend contacting us immediately at info@chameleonstudios.mx.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We want you to love your Mar de Agave products, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
- Exchanges or returns are not accepted.
- The only case in which we accept returns or exchanges is for factory defects.
- In this case, we offer to exchange the product for a new one.
- To request an exchange/return, please email us at info@chameleonstudios.mx with the following information: order number, full name, shipping address, and a photo of the defective product.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package has been lost during shipping, please contact us at info@chameleonstudios.mx Once an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
