Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Mexico and the United States.

What are your delivery times?

SHIPPING

We offer shipping to Mexico and the United States. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed upon adding products to your shopping cart, and it will depend on the postal code and the quantity of products.

DELIVERY TIME

Online orders are usually shipped from Mexico within 1-3 days after placing the order. We produce all our products in small batches for optimal freshness. If you have a deadline to receive the product, please let us know, and we will do our best to expedite the shipping if necessary.

MEXICO AND UNITED STATES

  • Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track your order with the tracking number provided via email to check the status.
  • If you haven't received your order within the specified timeframe, we recommend contacting the courier directly. You can also reach us by email at info@chameleonstudios.mx
  • To modify the shipping address of your order, we recommend contacting us immediately at info@chameleonstudios.mx.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS


We want you to love your Mar de Agave products, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

  • Exchanges or returns are not accepted.
  • The only case in which we accept returns or exchanges is for factory defects.
  • In this case, we offer to exchange the product for a new one.
  • To request an exchange/return, please email us at info@chameleonstudios.mx with the following information: order number, full name, shipping address, and a photo of the defective product.

What is the expiration date of the product?

18 months, it is recommended to store in a cool and dry place. Important to protect from direct sunlight.

Where are the products made?

Products are produced in Mexico City, Mexico.

INGREDIENTS

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our products are vegan and cruelty free. In each product you can see their certifications.

Are the products free of sulfates and parabens?

All products are paraben and sulfate free, with the exception of the Room Mist and Hand and Body Wash which are paraben free only.
